We’re off to another crisp start Thursday morning with temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. You’ll want a sweater or light jacket if you’re heading out early this morning. This afternoon, we will be feeling fantastic, once again. Skies will be bright and temperatures will be slightly warmer with highs in the upper 70s.

Summer gets back on track starting tomorrow. The morning will start cooler than average with temperatures in the mid 50s (average is mid 60s). A southerly wind shift will take afternoon temperatures into the mid 80s, which is normal for this time of year.

The thermometer continues to climb daily through the weekend and into next week. We will make our first run at 90° heat on Sunday. Temperatures will be flirting with a record highs early next week as 90-degree heat sticks around. With the rise in the heat, there will be a rise in humidity. However, it won’t be too uncomfortable this week. It’s next week that we turn much more muggy.
