Interment will follow at Welsh Cemetery in Rensselaer.
Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mask wearing and social distancing are required. Friends and family were the most important thing to Ralph in his life, making the limitations related to the pandemic very difficult for his immediate family. They know how important he was to so many people. His family is planning a Celebration of Life for all of his beloved friends and family at a later date.
